1. Sign in to Nutri-Q

Click on your profile photo in the top right and click on My Account and then 3rd Party Integrations.

2. Find Fullscript from the list of 3rd Party Integrations and click Link your Fullscript Account

Select the region (US or Canada) of your Fullscript dispensary from the menu, then click Next.

3. In the oAuth modal, enter your Fullscript credentials (email and password) or, Create an Account

Click Authorize Application.

What is the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ)?

The Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) is a symptoms questionnaire created by the Nutritional Therapy Association. The NAQ provides practitioners with a systematic, quantitative way to get a broad snapshot of the symptoms that a client is currently dealing with. After a client completes the questionnaire, the algorithm produces a number of reports, which analyze the data and provide practitioners with insight into the prevalence of different types of symptoms, potential conditions and deficiencies, and protocol suggestions. Through these charts, clients and practitioners can objectively measure improvement and also be reminded of the symptoms that are no longer occurring.

Who is the Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA)?

The NTA has been an expert and trailblazer in the field of Nutritional Therapy since 1997. Their goal is to deliver science-based education to foster a community of confident holistic nutrition professionals through their Nutritional Therapy Practitioner program, which you can learn more about here.

Is the Nutri-Q site HIPAA compliant?

Yes! The site is HIPAA Compliant. Nutri-Q also encrypts all personally identifiable data at rest and during transfer between the database and the website. Overall, any information that your clients or patients enter is just shared between you and them.
