VitaSpectrum® Capsules

VitaSpectrum® is a multiple vitamin/mineral supplement containing 29 ingredients, including 23 highly bioavailable essential nutrients designed to support the unique nutritional needs of children and adults on the spectrum. Active forms of folate, B12, and B6 along with naturally sourced carotenes, vitamin E tocopherols, and vitamin D3 are included for optimal nutrient absorption and utilization. Iron and copper, often contraindicated for people on the spectrum, are excluded. This formula is similar to VitaSpectrum® Powder but the amounts of calcium and magnesium have been reduced to ensure the formula will fit in 6 medium-size capsules. Supplied in two-piece vegetarian capsules made from purified cellulose.

Suggested Use / Directions:

Adults or Children 9 or more years of age: 6 capsules daily with food.
Children under 9 years of age: As directed by a healthcare professional.
