Sabal Serrulatum

This homeopathic formula is used for enlarged prostate with difficulty during urination, BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia - with hesitancy, difficulty or pain in urination, a weak urine flow, a frequency or urgency to pass urine and increased frequency needing to use the toilet at night), acute and chronic bladder irritation, prostatitis, impotence, formation of residual urine in the bladder, decreased libido and ovarialgia (in females). It acts on the membrane-prostatic portion of the urethra, promotes tissue regeneration and enhances libido due to the increased circulation to the prostate gland. 

Suggested Use: Take 10 drops in water every half hour until improvement, for a maximum of 12 times daily. Then take 25 – 30 drops in water three times daily or to be used on the advice of a health care practitioner.
