-A Vitamin B6 supplement. Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (P5P) is the active form (does
not require activation by the liver) of Vitamin B6 to provide optimal
utilization.* P5P aids in the absorption of B12, and supports the immune
system and brain function.* It is also required by the nervous system and is a
necessary cofactor in managing homocysteine levels to support cardiovascular
health.*

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 2 to 4 times daily, or as directed by
your healthcare practitioner.
