Montiff’s L-Histidine supports the growth and repair of tissues. It is a precursor for Carnosine and Anserine. It converts into Histadine, which acts as an antioxidant.*

 
Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) to three (3) capsules daily, or as recommended by a health care professional. To be used as a dietary supplement in a normal food program. It is recommended that this product be taken with vitamins and minerals.
