Needed's Prenatal Omega-3 Liposomal Powder is tailored to the needs of women before, during, and after pregnancy. Due to liposomal delivery, our Omega-3 (DHA+EPA) is 5x better absorbed than standard fish oil pills and protected from oxidation. Our Omega-3 is sustainably sourced from algae that’s free of heavy metals. 95% of women are deficient in Omega-3, and a woman’s levels are often further depleted through pregnancy and breastfeeding.
