Suggested Use:
Mix two (2) scoops (3 teaspoons) into a smoothie or milk of choice alongside food. Dose may be divided between meals. When switching from a less nutrient-dense multi, start with one half (1⁄2) scoop/day building up to a full serving. Store fully sealed at room temperature.
