Recommended use: Used in Herbal Medicine to help maintain and/or support cardiovascular health in adults.
Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 1 cup 3 times daily. Directions for use: Pour 240 mL of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Duration of use: Use for a minimum of two months to see beneficial effects. Ingredients: Hawthorn (Leave, Flower, and Berry), Hibiscus Flower.
Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin, or blood pressure medication. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
