Vitamin B12 is a factor in the maintenance of good health; helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins; helps to form red blood cells; helps to prevent vitamin B12 and folate deficiency.  

Suggested Use / Directions:

Dissolve one lozenge under the tongue daily, in the morning for maximum benefit, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months

Medicinal Ingredients:

Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) … 5mg
Folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) … 1mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Citric acid, copovidone, crospovidone, D-mannitol, DL-malic acid, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, sorbitol, stevia rebaudiana leaf, white grape flavour.

Keep at room temperature in a dry, dark place. Keep out of reach of children. Safety sealed for your protection.

Cautions and Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take other health products containing Vitamin B12.
