Vitamin B12 is a factor in the maintenance of good health; helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins; helps to form red blood cells; helps to prevent vitamin B12 and folate deficiency.  
 

Suggested Use
Dissolve one lozenge under the tongue daily, in the morning for maximum benefit, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months
