NT Cruise

NT Cruise contains a combination of the amino acids L-Tryptophan and L-Theanine.  L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid and a precursor for the synthesis of serotonin.  L-theanine has been shown to promote the generation of alpha brain waves.

Suggested Use / Directions:
Take 3 capsules once or twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
