A source of methyl donor nutrients-TMG, methylfolate & methylcobalamin.

Suggested Use:
Take 1 capsule daily with food as a food supplement or as directed by a practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Ingredients: Trimethylglycine (TMG, also known as betaine), vitamin B1 (as benfotiamine), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate), zinc (as citrate), vitamin B2 (as riboflavin 5-phosphate), vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), folic acid (as 5 methyltetrahydrofolate), silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell).

Free from GMO, Gluten, wheat, soy, added sugar, flavourings and colourings.
Warning: Long term daily use of 10mg or more of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. This product is not suitable for children or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. This product should be kept in the pot with the lid closed between uses.
