Medicinal Ingredients:		Each softgel contains:
DL-alpha-Lipoic acid		300 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg), magnesium stearate (veg), silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).

Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 tablet 2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Recommended Use: Helps to promote healthy glucose metabolism. Provides antioxidants for the maintenance of good health.

Caution: If you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness and/or confusion, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar). If pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have diabetes, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
