Melatonin P.R. contains 3 mg of high purity melatonin in a prolonged-release tablet, formulated to slowly breakdown and release in the small intestine.
Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime as directed by your healthcare professional.
