Melatonin  Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland of mammals and reaches peak levels at night. Studies show that it may be associated with the regulation of the sleep/wake cycles.* Melatonin is a potent antioxidant that defends against free radicals and helps to support glutathione activity in the neural tissue.* This melatonin is provided in convenient, peppermint-flavored lozenges. Suggested Use: Chew one lozenge once per day just prior to bedtime or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
