NOW® Solutions Magnesium Topical Spray is a pure, highly concentrated, topical magnesium chloride solution sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands. This magnesium spray is easily applied and non-greasy.
Suggested Use: Spray 2-5 times onto your skin and massage the area. It may feel slightly oily at first, but will absorb quickly, as it is not an oil. If white salt residue appears on application area, simply wipe clean. For a foot soak, add 30 – 60 mL to warm water and soak feet for 20-30 minutes. 

Water and Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
