Jigsaw’s Mag SRT combines the highly absorbable form of magnesium, dimagnesium malate from Albion, with their proprietary Sustained Release Technology (SRT). SRT slows down the release of magnesium to spread it out over eight hours. This allows for maximum absorption, while eliminating the digestive discomfort often caused by other high-dose magnesium supplements.


Suggested Use / Directions:

Adults take 4 tablets daily, as a dietary supplement. Doses can be divided, or taken as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Cellulose, modified cellulose & croscarmellose sodium (Plant-based insoluble fibers used to achieve Sustained Release Technology), ascorbyl palmitate & silicon dioxide (synergistic anti-caking agents), micro wax (exterior coating)
