Description
Lyophilized Bovine Liver is a specially prepared nutritional supplement derived from pasture-fed cattle, that have not been subjected to growth hormones. The liver is lyophilized (freeze-dried) to protect the delicate nucleoproteins and polypeptides from denaturation. Bovine liver naturally contains superoxide dismutase and catalase.
