Liposomal Hydroxy B12™ is a slow-release, long-acting form of vitamin B12.* Hydroxocobalamin may help your body maintain more steady levels of B12.* Like the methylcobalamin form, hydroxocobalamin is highly absorbed, yet, its slower release time may be better tolerated by certain people.*

Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin necessary for the maintenance of a healthy nervous system, enhanced cognition, and for the metabolic utilization of fats and proteins.* It is also essential for the synthesis of DNA during cell division and therefore is especially important for rapidly multiplying cells, such as blood cells.* In addition, it may support healthy homocysteine levels, cardiovascular health and neurological health.*

Suggested Use:
Take 2 pumps (0.5 mL) per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before use.
