Sourced from the flowers of the lavender plant (Lavendula angustifolia), each Lavender Oil softgel contains 80 mg of steam-distilled lavender oil. Its unique mosaic of naturally occurring phytochemicals have been shown to relieve symptoms of anxiety, mental stress, depression, and restlessness. Lavender has also been used for centuries to promote relaxation, calm the mind, and induce restful sleep.

Organic olive oil and natural vitamin E (d‑alpha-tocopherol) (from non‑GMO sunflower) in a softgel composed of annatto extract (in sunflower oil), bovine gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.
Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 1 softgel daily with food and a full glass of water or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
