L-Lysine by Seeking Health provides 500 mg of L-lysine (as L-lysine hydrochloride USP) per vegetarian capsule. L-lysine is one of the nine essential amino acids that are needed for health and normal body function but which cannot be made in the body. Essential amino acids must be supplied by the diet or through supplementation. Lysine works with other essential amino acids to maintain growth, lean body mass, and nitrogen stores in the body. Lysine is incorporated into many body proteins that are used for a variety of purposes, including enzyme production, collagen formation, and tissue repair. Lysine may aid in absorption of calcium from the digestive tract, helping to support healthy bones. In combination with the amino acid L-arginine, L-lysine may help support normal collagen production and tissue healing. L-lysine by Seeking Health provides the natural, well-absorbed L-isomer in a pure hydrochloride form for better stability.

Take 1 to 6 capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
