KT-Elemental Nutrition (Thai Soup)

An elemental diet consists of only pre-digested/elemental nutrients (ie. amino acids, simple carbohydrates, medium chain triglycerides), and essential vitamins and minerals. It can be used as the sole source of nutrition.

This product may be used in conjunction with a ketogenic diet. Starting on a ketogenic diet may initially cause nausea / vomiting due to the stimulation of bile secretions; in which case, you may reduce the amount of each serving and/or drink slowly (e.g. 45 minutes/serving).

Suggested Use / Directions:
Thoroughly mix 2 scoopful (1 serving) in 6-8 oz (178-236 mL) room temperature water. Additional water may be added to the mixture as desired. Take 1-2 servings, 2-3 times a day, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Once mixed with water, any product that is not consumed within 60 minutes should be discarded.

Warning(s)
• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are on a fat-restricted diet; if you are taking blood thinners; or if you have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer. • Some people may experience symptoms of Herxheimer reaction (i.e. headaches, nausea, chill, fatigue, muscle ache, low-grade fever, hypotension). Other side effects may include vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, and bloating. Many of the above symptoms may be alleviated by taking in smaller portions and more slowly.
