Suggested Use / Directions:

Shake lightly before each use. As needed, any time of day or night, take 1 serving (6 mL) by mouth, hold, swish, and then swallow. May use less if desired. Ideally, do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after taking. Always take after food, never on an empty stomach. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.
