DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 
Add half the contents of this box (500 grams), to a bathtub with just enough water to cover the crystals. Let stand for about 15 minutes until most of the crystals have dissolved. Fill the tub with warm water to approximately body temperature. After bathing, gently pat your skin dry. Let your body air-dry naturally.
