Key Ingredients Digexin® is a synergistic blend of winter cherry (ashwagandha) root and okra fruit extracts offering benefits for both the brain and the gut. In two double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled human clinical trials, Digexin was shown to improve gastrointestinal transit speed and increase the number of complete bowel movements in as little as 7 days. It also significantly reduced GI symptoms including reflux, indigestion, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea and constipation.
