Description
Blend of soluble and insoluble fibre from flax seed, pysllium husks and oat bran that aids removal of excess accumulated waste and toxins in the digestive tract, promotes regularity and satiety, reduces excess cholesterol and also helps to normalize blood sugar levels. Use it daily alone or with other products to help maintain regularity, cleanse and detoxify.
Suggested Use / Directions:
Take 1 tablespoon (5 g) 3 times daily. For each dose, mix well with at least 250 ml liquid and drink immediately. Effects observed 12-24 hours after fi rst dose, and may take 2-3 days. Maintain adequate fluid intake.
