RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive upset including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia and flatulent colic (carminative).
RECOMMENDED DOSE (ORAL) ADULTS ONLY:
Take 1 to 6 capsules per day.
