Historical Antecedent: Coptis Extract Tablets

Chinese Action: Drains Fire and Toxin, resolves fever, kills parasites

Indications (symptoms):
Intestinal infection, amebic dysentery with frequent bloody or watery stools, abdominal pain
Many types of infections, boils, skin infections, insect bites
Poison oak/ivy (apply directly to affected area)
Stomach ulcers (caused by Stomach Fire), mouth sores or gum infections
Ear infections, fevers with irritability, nosebleeds

1-2 tablets, 2-3 times daily (recommended for adults)

Coptis rhizome (Chuan huang lian)

50 mg excipients & binders:
silicon dioxide (glidant/dehydrant), stearic acid (lubricant/binder), microcellulose (coating)
