Cerenity is a comprehensive formula that contains gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) to temporarily promote relaxation. The formula also provides antioxidants to combat free radical stress. 

Suggested Use / Directions:

Take 3 capsules once per day with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks
