Calm Spirit is based on a traditional Chinese herbal formula that adds Magnesium and Taurine that promotes a calm mood.

Suggested Use:

Take three capsules, 2 to 3 times per day between meals, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Hawthorn fruit extract (shan zha), Chinese Peony root extract (bai shao), Dong Quai root (dang gui), Poria sclerotium extract (fu ling), Polygala root extract (yuan zhi), Jujube fruit extract (suan zao ren), Ophiopogon root (mai men dong), Codonopsis root extract (dang shen), Albizzia bark etract (he huan pi).

Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegetable cellulose), rice bran.
