Suggested Use / Directions:
Adult: 1–2 tablespoons one time per day. Children (4–8 years): ½ tablespoon one time per day. Children (9–18 years): 1 tablespoon one time per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Some people may experience diarrhea when taking 2 tablespoons per day. Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening. Do not use if seal under cap is broken.
