The active ingredient in BRM4 is Rice Bran Arabinoxylan Compound (RBAC), a polysaccharide dietary fiber derived from rice bran, modified by an enzyme from Shiitake mushrooms. BRM4 is an immune supporter, shown to be safe with no harmful side effects.*

Suggested Use / Directions:

Loading Dose: Two capsules three times daily for 4 weeks.
Maintenance Dose: Two capsules daily.
