Suggested Use / Directions:

Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag. Cover & Steep for 10-15 min. Squeeze tea bag to ensure maximum goodness. Enjoy 3 cups per day. Especially good with honey!

Organic fennel fruit 330mg † Organic licorice root 300mg † Organic eucalyptus leaf 285mg † Bi Yan Pian dry aqueous extract 8:1 120mg † Proprietary Blend: Organic peppermint leaf, Organic ginger rhizome 465mg † * Bi Yan Pian is an extract made from Xanthium fruit, Magnolia flower, Saposhnikovia root, Schisandra fruit, Fragrant angelica root, Schizonepeta herb, Forsythia fruit, Wild chrysanthemum flower, Platycodon root, Anemarrhena rhizome and Chinese licorice root.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Organic peppermint (leaf), organic eucalyptus leaf, organic bitter fennel fruit, organic ginger rhizome. 

Warnings: Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have low potassium levels, if you are taking corticosteroids, cardiac glycosides such as digoxin, or potassium-depleting medications.
