Ashwagandha

Zahler Ashwagandha is a full-spectrum organic extract obtained from the root of the Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) plant. An eight-week placebo-controlled clinical trial showed that 600 mg of this unique form of ashwagandha extract improved mental energy and promoted relaxation.


 
Suggested Use:
