Description
Andrographis paniculata is a bitter-tasting herb, rich in andrographolides and primarily found in Asia. In traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine, it is thought to have antioxidant and antiviral properties. Andrographis extracts have been shown in clinical studies to shorten the duration of cough, sore throat, and sick days compared to standard care. Andrographis is also shown to exhibit potent antioxidant properties. The anti-inflammatory effects of andrographolides and andrographis extracts are proposed to extend health benefits to patients with autoimmune diseases.
In addition to its immune-boosting benefits, andrographis is believed to possess hepatoprotective properties, supporting liver health and aiding in the management of liver disorders. It has also shown promise in managing certain inflammatory conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis, due to its anti-inflammatory effects.

Recommended Dose
