Prep Less, Personalize More with the Updated Patient Profile
Delivering whole person care means knowing more than what supplements your patient has ordered. You need context — medications, allergies, conditions, lab results, personal preferences, and how it all connects.
That’s why we’ve redesigned the provider view of the patient profile. It’s no longer a product history page, it’s a clinical snapshot. Better organized, more comprehensive, and ready to power your personalized care.
What’s new: A profile that actually supports care
With the updated patient profile, you can:
- Get a fuller story, faster
See (and in some cases, edit) a patient’s demographics, conditions, allergies, supplement and medication routines, and product preferences — all on one screen. - Prep less, personalize more
Understand what your patient is currently taking, get a snapshot of their latest lab results, and consider factors like smoking status or pregnancy at a glance, so you can tailor care with confidence. - Access labs results, trends, and plans in context
Easily review results, conditions, or historical orders alongside your plan-writing workflow — no more tab juggling or tool switching. - Align with real-world workflows
Whether you’re preparing for a follow-up, writing a plan, or updating a recommendation, everything you need is in one scrollable, action-ready view.

Why it matters
The old profile was structured like a purchase record. The new one is built for care. We wanted the new patient profile to be rich in clinical context, because it’s the starting point for so many online plans. In an effort to reduce clicks and centralize information, we designed the profile to be as actionable as possible.
Designed to support smarter care decisions
By organizing relevant health data in one place, the new profile not only saves you time — it also powers the insights behind Fullscript Assist. Currently taking allows patients to upload their current supplement and medication regimen, and not only is this information easier to review or ask for on the patient profile, it also feeds into your virtual assistant, so nutrient depletions and drug interactions are auto-generated based on patient context.
