The analytics dashboard consolidates key practice and patient engagement data in one intuitive interface, giving you a clear picture of how Fullscript is contributing to your practice growth and patient care. You’ll get access to 12 months of month-over-month data, so you can see trends for key metrics, including:
- Financial Performance – Track total sales, profit, and revenue over time, with a breakdown by source.
- Patient Engagement – Monitor patient behaviour when it comes to orders and repeat orders.
- Plan Productivity – Understand how many plans you’re sending, and at what rate patients are ordering from them.
- Auto refill — See how many patients are using auto refill.
With this data at your fingertips, you can easily identify opportunities for growth, fine-tune some of your approaches, or leverage different tools to continue improving your patient care and growing your business.

Save time with centralized insights and actionable tips
Before, tracking these insights required manual work — exporting financial reports, cross-referencing spreadsheets, and making educated guesses about what’s driving success. The analytics dashboard greatly reduces that effort by providing digestible data all in one place, and making it easy to spot trends.
Beyond raw data, the dashboard includes insights and educational resources from Fullscript. You’ll get data-driven recommendations to help you improve patient engagement, refine your discounting and protocol-sharing strategies, and grow your passive revenue stream (if you’re a profit account).
For example, if you notice that patient orders are declining, the dashboard might suggest strategies like offering an auto-refill discount, leveraging Fullscript’s marketing toolkit, or changing your catalog settings — depending on how you’re currently using Fullscript.
How to access and use the analytics dashboard
Starting today, the analytics dashboard is available to all Fullscript account owners, with the ability to grant access to staff members as needed. To give or remove access, visit the permissions page in your dispensary settings. Under “Report and Analytics access”, click to ‘check’ the boxes next to provider or staff names in order to give them access to the analytics dashboard.
You can find the new dashboard in the main navigation on the left hand side when you log into your Fullscript account. We recommend checking your metrics frequently, as the data will refresh daily. You can also drill down into a more detailed view of key metrics to spot trends, or to see information displayed in different ways, or in more detail.
