Make Starting Care Simpler: First Order Discounts, Now at the Store-Level

Published on December 02, 2025

What’s new

First order discounts are now easier to manage and apply at scale. With a single click, you can apply a storewide discount to all first-time patient orders — no more setting it up manually, patient by patient. It’s a simple way to make care more accessible, reduce cost barriers, and help more patients get started on their plan — driving better outcomes for your patients and growth for your practice.

Here’s how it works

You can now apply first order discounts across your entire store from your dispensary settings. From there, select your preferred discount and turn it on. Every new patient who joins your store will automatically receive that discount on their first order — no additional setup needed.

Why did we build this?

Starting care shouldn’t come with barriers for you or your patients. Before this update, applying first order discounts meant doing it manually for each individual patient, creating friction and slowing down care.

With this store-level setting, you can enable first order discounts once and apply them across your entire store, helping more patients start care while saving time for your practice.

This release helps providers:

  • Enable first order discounts across your entire store
  • Help more patients start care without cost hesitation
  • Save time by removing manual discount setup
  • Drive stronger adherence and steady growth for your practice

The bottom line

Starting care should be simple. Store-level first order discounts make it easier for patients to take that first step  and easier for you to support them, without slowing down your workflow.
