By resolving navigational and management issues, we’ve made the favoriting process and category creation more intuitive, allowing you to effectively guide your patients towards vetted product categories. Additionally, we’ve simplified catalog permissions, giving you greater control over what your patients see.
Here’s how it works:
- Save with ease: Favorite products from various points without multiple clicks, and create new categories while you browse.
- Enhanced organization: View, edit, and organize your favorites and categories in a dedicated management page.
- Patient visibility control: Streamlined catalog settings now offer only two options—open and closed catalogs—making it simpler to manage patient access to your curated categories.
Streamlined catalog settings:
- Open catalog: Patients have access to self-serve & can purchase across Fullscript’s entire product catalog.
- Closed catalog: Patients can only access specific products that you recommended for them or from a Favorites category you make visible to them.
