With the launch of auto refills discounts, practitioners on Fullscript can now easily offer a discount on all auto refill orders, helping patients overcome what most practitioners say is the #1 barrier to supplement-plan adherence: cost.
If you have set up an account on Fullscript, you can offer an auto refill discount by choosing a discount option from the Business financials page, located in your Dispensary settings.
Why did we build this?
We wanted to provide practitioners with a way to generate ongoing growth for their practice, while keeping patients on track with their supplement plans on Fullscript. One way to do that is to give practitioners the option to make refilling more affordable. In fact, nearly 60% of patients who don’t use auto refill today say they’d be motivated to get started if offered an additional incentive, similar to other subscription-based platforms.
Scheduling refills helps patients stick with their plans. In fact, auto refill users are 70% more likely to place a refill order. Adding a discount option means patients are 80% more likely to start using auto refill, generating more refills through your Fullscript dispensary.
