At-Home Blood Draws for Lab Tests — Now Available Through Fullscript

  2. At-Home Blood Draws for Lab Tests — Now Availab...

Accessible blood draws for patients who need it.

We know lab testing plays a critical role in delivering personalized care, but for many patients the logistics of getting to a Quest Patient Service Center or independent draw site can be an adherence barrier. That’s why we’re excited to announce that patients can now book their sample collection with Getlabs — a national mobile phlebotomy service — right through Fullscript.

Now, when you recommend lab tests through Fullscript, your patients can book an at-home or on-site blood draw directly from your recommendation all within the same platform they use to manage tests and view results.

A Better Booking Experience

After a test has been ordered, patients can choose the sample collection option that works best for them: visit a Quest Patient Service Center for a $10 fee, book with an independent phlebotomist, or schedule an at-home blood draw with mobile phlebotomy for $85.

If mobile phlebotomy is the favored option, patients book their Getlabs appointment directly from their Fullscript account. From the Test Details screen, they can:

  • Search for mobile phlebotomy services within 50 miles of their zip code
  • Select an available date and 2-hour arrival window for their appointment
  • Add instructions for the phlebotomist such as directions, parking, or patient preferences
  • Receive timely reminders via email and SMS ahead of their visit

After booking, patients can reschedule (if >24 hours in advance) or cancel (if >2 hours before) directly from the app.

How This Helps Your Practice

Increase test adherence

Remove barriers like travel or limited access to draw sites by giving patients a convenient and personalized at-home option within GetLabs’ service area.

For blood labs — stay in the Quest network

Unlike independent mobile phlebotomists, GetLabs is authorized to collect samples for Quest — meaning providers can confidently offer at-home blood draws without risking sample rejection or breaking the chain of care.

Everything in one place

No more juggling multiple platforms — patients can book their mobile blood draw, track their appointment, and view results directly through Fullscript for a simpler, more connected experience.

How This Helps Your Patients

More flexibility, less stress

Patients can book blood draws at home, at work, or wherever is most convenient — no travel required.

One app, everything they need

From managing appointments to reviewing results, patients can handle it all in one familiar platform.

Personalized experience

Patients can include special requests for their phlebotomist — like comfort preferences or parking instructions — to help their visit go smoothly.

One Platform for Labs, Draws, and Results

With mobile phlebotomy now available, Fullscript brings even more of the lab testing journey into a single platform. Patients can order provider recommended tests, schedule blood draws, and review interpreted results all from the same place they manage their supplement plan.

It’s one more way we’re helping providers deliver convenient, personalized whole-person care.

Try It Today

To get started, recommend a lab test through Fullscript. Your patient will be able to view all available phlebotomy options, including mobile draws right from their recommendation.
