How to access and complete your 3X4 Genetics Test through Fullscript
Fullscript offers a seamless experience for Duly Health and Care patients to order the 3X4 test directly through our platform.
To get started, please use the button below to book an initial virtual session with your Duly Health and Care provider to go over the 3X4 test to begin your personalized health journey.
After your appointment
- After meeting with your provider, you’ll receive an email notification with details about the test, including sample collection instructions.
- Once you review the details and order your test, Fullscript will deliver the kit directly to your door. You can also track your package through your Fullscript account.
- You will then receive the 3X4 Genetics Test kit at home, complete a cheek swab sample, and return it to the lab using prepaid packaging included in the order.
- Once the lab processes the sample, your Duly Health and Care provider will receive a detailed 3X4 Blueprint Report that analyzes your genetics across six key health areas: cellular health, body systems, heart health, energy and weight, activity and performance, and nutrients. Your 3X4 Blueprint Report will also be available within your Fullscript account in the Labs tab under the My Health section.
- You can then book a follow-up visit with your Duly Health and Care provider to review the results and create individual care recommendations, which may include supplement protocols and lifestyle strategies.
