Age and location restrictions

- Testing is available for both adult and pediatric patients, but some individual tests may have age restrictions based on lab requirements
- Patients in the following states aren't eligible for lab testing: HI, NJ, NY, and RI
- Patients in offshore U.S. territories aren't eligible for lab testing
- Lab testing isn't available in Canada
