How to integrate your Fullscript and Elation platforms:
First, make sure you have both an Elation and Fullscript account.

1. Sign the Elation Authorization and Consent form
Navigate to the Integrations page in your Fullscript account.
Find and click on Elation. From here, click "Get Started Now".
If you do not have a Fullscript account, click here to sign up, then follow the steps above.

2. Authorization and Consent acknowledgment
Sign the Authorization and Consent (A&C) form. Fullscript will acknowledge receipt of the form, provide you with a copy, and inform Elation to authorize the application on your Elation account.
Note: Please allow 3-5 days to process your request.

3. Navigate to a patient’s chart in Elation
Once enabled, navigate to a patient’s chart in Elation.
Then click Fullscript on the left-hand navigation and log in with your Fullscript credentials.
Please note: Fullscript will send you an email once Elation has informed us the interface has been authorized.

4. Sign the Business Associate Agreement (BAA)
If there is no Business Associate Agreement (BAA) on file for your account, you will be met with a BAA document to sign before you can begin building treatment plans through the integration.
Once signed, you can begin writing recommendations.
