- Free QR code generator (qr-code-generator.com or similar)
- Adobe Acrobat (PC) or Preview (Mac) to edit PDFs
Generate Your QR Code
Go to qr-code-generator.com, paste your URL, click Generate, download as PNG
Insert into Materials
Open the document, find [QR CODE PLACEHOLDER], replace with your PNG
Customize Practice Details
Replace [YOUR PRACTICE NAME], [YOUR PROVIDER NAME], [STOREFRONT URL]
Table card on cardstock (65lb), flyer on 8.5x11 paper.
