Super EFA Liquid provides 820 mg of EPA and 590 mg of DHA per serving. It has an EPA:DHA ratio of 1.3:1, and helps to support healthy lipid metabolism and cardiovascular health. In a placebo-controlled clinical trial of 312 healthy adults, daily supplementation with 1,800 mg of EPA and DHA (in a 1.5:1 ratio) for one year supported healthy lipid levels.
