Suggested Use / Directions:

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Consult a health-care practitioner for prolonged use.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are taking prescription medication, as resveratrol may alter the effectiveness of these medications; or if you have diabetes. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, or confusion, (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar).

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant. 
Known adverse reactions: May cause nausea, abdominal pain, and/or diarrhea.
