Suggested Use: 
As a dietary supplement for adults and children twelve or more years of age. Take one capsule 15-20 minutes before large meals, twice daily, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional. Up to three capsules may be taken daily (one before each meal) under the supervision of a qualified healthcare professional.
