 Suggested Use:
Adults: Take two scoops once daily. Blend, shake or briefly stir two level scoops (38g) into 250 mL of chilled water. Take two hours before or after taking other medications or natural products since the absorption of these products may be delayed. For prolonged use, consult a healthcare practitioner.
