Fenugreek

Herb Pharm prepares their Fenugreek Extract from seed of Trigonella foenum-graecum plants which are certified organically grown. To assure optimal extraction of Fenugreeks bioactive compounds, the seed is harvested in late summer when fully mature, winnowed free of all chaff, and then thoroughly extracted.

Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 5 times per day. Best taken between meals.
